Combining 2 apartments on Upper East Side was another project of MK Group. Between the two we had 1,600 square feet of space which we, after a complete gut demolition, effectively managed to turn into a 4 bedroom 2 ½ bathroom apartment with large dining and living room as well as spacious walk in closet. Working with an interior designer on this project MK Group completed the project within the budget and time allowing our clients to enjoy the beauty of the space and fine touches
Located at 525 East 80th street in New York this apartment was a gut renovation. MK Group undertook 1,700 square feet of claustrophobic and dark space and turned it into a bright, spacious and functional home for our client. Apartment, once completed, consisted of 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, large living room, spacious dining room, laundry closet, master walk-in closet and several bedroom and hallway closets.
Located on the higher floors of Trump Tower on the corner of 5th Avenue and 56 street in New York City this beautiful apartment and work done by our team all throughout makes as at MK Group very proud. With custom built cabinetry, doors, stone and closets MK Group made it possible for our clients to enjoy the beautiful views in a very relaxing and cozy interior. This residence consists of one bedroom and large living room which in a matter of few minutes transforms the apartment intro a two bedroom through a custom dividing mechanism, master bathroom, guest bathroom, kitchen, dining room and walk in closet.
Located inside the building of Walker Hotel in NYC, as newly labeled Society Café was a successful transformation from a very old classic style to a new and bright traditional feel. Consisting of a lot of solid walnut wood paneling, stone and fabric this 2,000 square feet space offers a much different and more pleasant environment for guests and corporate events as the space is built so that it can be divided in two separate spaces. Between the Architect, interior designer and restaurant consultant our team of craftsmen have managed to turn the space into the focal point of the Hotel.
